CGI & 3D Animation Creative Direction

Created and directed the full-length 3D animated music video for Pittsburgh-based duo sneeze awfull's song, Alto. The video features a genderless avatar floating in a void, descending into water, and entering a nonsensical environment that includes a car crash, underwater creatures, and a flesh tube.

Tools used: Blender
Description: After collaborating with the artists on the creative direction, I developed a storyboard spanning three distinct scenes. I designed and modeled the avatar from scratch in Blender with animation-ready topology, then rigged, texture painted, and hand-animated the character. I sculpted custom blend shapes for each mouth position and keyframed the facial animation to synchronize with the song's lyrics.
